The back with pronounced curves carved with scrolling foliage and a central rosette,raised on turned and reeded legs fashioned out of the finest mahogany. In untouched and perfect original condition requiring re-upholstery. This set closely relates to the set supplied to the 2nd Baron Bolton for the dining room at Hackwood House, Hampshire in 1813 and the dining room set at Erddig House near Wrexham in North Wales.
