Designed and handcrafted in finest Swedish full lead crystal by Erika Hōglund at Malerås Glass Factory, Sweden. Crocodiles are rare, produced as approx 10 tests and not as a regular production line.


Erika Höglund, the daughter of Monica Backström and Erik Höglund was born in Sweden in 1971 into a family of artists where glass and design played an important role in everyday life. With a fiercely independent and often wild and fantastic streak of creativity, Erika has opened up completely new perspectives in what can be achieved in the medium of crystal. Höglund has attended at Parsons Institute in New York and since 1997 she has been allowing her creativity to flood out at Mats Johannson MALERÅS.
